FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: oil and fat composition which satisfies the following conditions (a)-(d): (a) content of X3 ranges from 1 to 20 wt %; (b) content of X2O ranges from 50 to 90 wt %; (c) the weight ratio XOX/X2O ranges from 0.20 to 0.80 and (d) content of diglycerides is not higher than 3.5 wt %; where X is a saturated fatty acid with 14 carbon atoms or more and O is oleic acid.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain non-lauric vegetable fat with low content of trans-fatty acids.
