SUBSTANCE: magnetic stimulation procedures are performed daily. Moreover, each procedure includes certain stages. At the first stage, the magnetic inductor is placed extracorporeally on the perineal area. At the second stage, translumbosacral magnetic stimulation is performed. At the third stage, the inductor is placed on the surface of the anterior abdominal wall in the projection of the left sections of the large intestine — the descending colon and sigmoid. At the fourth stage, the inductor is placed transcranially first in the region of the left, then in the region of the right dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. The procedures are carried out for 2 weeks, five times a week.

EFFECT: method ensures the elimination of symptoms of functional proctogenic constipation and significantly improves the quality of life of patients by influencing all links in the pathogenesis of this pathology, which is due to a certain staged nature of the proposed effect in a certain selected mode.
