FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to coloproctology, and can be used in the treatment of patients with functional disorders of the muscles of the anal sphincter and pelvic floor, accompanied by prolapse of the pelvic organs in combination with obstructive defecation and the presence or absence of anal incontinence. For this, patients with identified disorders perform a set of physical exercises in a certain sequence, adding new exercises every 2 weeks.
EFFECT: invention provides adequate correction of functional disorders of the anal sphincter and pelvic floor muscles in patients with pelvic organ prolapse with incontinence and obstructive defecation by performing in a certain sequence the set of exercises developed by us, which takes into account the need for gradual restoration of the functional state of the anal sphincter and pelvic floor muscles in patients of various age categories, with varying degrees of severity of the patient's condition and their rehabilitation potential.
