FIELD: bioprostheses production.

SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a processing method to prevent enzymatic decomposition and degeneration of bovine pericardial tissue used for the manufacture of bioprostheses for implantation, including the following steps: collection and preparation of raw bovine pericardial tissue; chemical cross-linking of washed tissue to produce fixed tissue; laser cutting of the said fixed tissue to produce a tissue sheet; chemical treating of the said tissue sheet using AAS; chemical sterilization and storage of fixed bovine pericardial tissue to maintain structural integrity and performance; and all the above steps are performed in a low-oxygen, temperature-controlled environment.

EFFECT: obtaining of a method of preventing decomposition and degeneration of tissue used in bioprosthesis.
