RECORDING DEVICE FOR DETERMINING DEGREE OF WEAR OF GRINDING KNIFE UNIT Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC B23B25/06 A01F29/00

Abstract RU 2809580 C2

FIELD: wear detection device.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices for determining the degree of wear of the chopping knife assembly. A recording device for determining the degree of wear of the chopping blade unit of the chopping device contains a chopping drum extending along the circumference, containing a chopping knife unit, and at least one counter-cutting plate interacting with the chopping knives, one sensor device containing a magnetic exciter and magnetically connected to it flow direction device. The sensor device includes a pole terminal containing at least one magnetic pole with a pole surface for discharging magnetic flux. When the grinding drum rotates, it is possible for at least a portion of the grinding knives to pass past the pole outlet. The voltage induced when the sensor device passes through the chopping blade assembly forms a magnetic measured value. The recording device is configured to determine the induced voltage and record it in form of a voltage signal. In the block for processing measurement results using frequency analysis, it is possible to decompose the voltage signal into frequency components, divided into frequency components of the main oscillation and frequency components of the superimposed oscillation, causing signal distortion. It is possible to convert the separated frequency components of the superimposed oscillation, which cause signal distortion, back into the time domain and derive from these inversely converted frequency components of the superimposed oscillation the degree of wear and/or sharpness of the cutting edge of the chopping knife.

EFFECT: improves the accuracy of determining the degree of wear of the chopping knives.
