FODDER HARVESTER Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A01D43/08 A01F29/06 A01F29/09 A01F29/22 G01B7/293

Abstract RU 2779653 C1

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: fodder harvester contains a device for detecting a cut sharpness for the determination of a degree of a cut sharpness of a grinder designed to grind a flow of a harvested crop. The grinder contains a knife reel with grinding knives and at least one counter-cutting plate made with the possibility of interaction with grinding knives with grinding of the flow of the harvested crop. The grinder contains a case in the form of a reel, in which there is a possibility of rotation of the knife reel. The case in the form of a reel contains a reel base, a rear part of the reel, and a rear wall of the reel. Supply of the flow of the harvested crop to the grinder is provided through a pre-pressing unit. The flow of the harvested crop from the pre-pressing unit to a place, in which the possibility of interaction of grinding knives with at least one counter-cutting plate with grinding of the flow of the harvested crop is provided, defines an area of material supply. The device for detecting a cut sharpness is made with the possibility of excitation of at least one magnetic contour by means of a magnetic system. The corresponding magnetic contour is made with the possibility of closing with the corresponding grinding knife, when the knife reel is rotated, and one of grinding knives passes by the magnetic system. The device for detecting a cut sharpness is made with the possibility of determination of a magnetic flux in the corresponding magnetic contour and determination of a decrease in the degree of a cut sharpness of the corresponding grinding knife based on the determined change in a magnetic measured value characterizing the magnetic flux. At least part of the magnetic flux of the magnetic contour closed with the corresponding grinding knife, on at least one longitudinal section of the corresponding grinding knife, is directed along the grinding knife. The magnetic system is located outside of the area of material supply of the grinder, on the base of the reel or on the rear part of the reel, or on the rear wall of the reel of the case in the form of a reel. Removal of the flow of the harvested culture after its grinding performed by means of the interaction of grinding knives and the counter-cutting plate is provided between the knife reel and the case in the form of a reel from the counter-cutting plate between the base of the reel and the rear part of the reel, from the case in the form of a reel to an ejecting channel.

EFFECT: simplification of the determination of a degree of a cut sharpness of a grinder is provided.
