SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cap of the tip for a medical injection device. The cap contains a tip connector (100) configured to interact with the tip of a medical injection device; a closure cap (101) configured to seal the distal opening of the tip, the closure cap being removably connected to the tip connector (100); RFID tag (2) containing a chip (20) and an antenna (21), in which the chip (20) is overmolded in one of the following elements: a tip connector (100) and a closing cap (101), and the antenna is overmolded in another the element: a tip connector (100) and a closure cap (101), wherein the chip (20) and the antenna (21) are electrically connected by a jumper (22) configured to break when relative movement of the closure cap (101) and the tip connector is initiated (100) to disconnect the closure cap from the tip connector, and the antenna is located at the boundary between the tip connector (100) and the closure cap (101), wherein the tip connector (100) and the closure cap (101) are made as a single piece of chemically inert binding materials.
