FIELD: firefighting equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to optical-electronic means of monitoring forest fires. An unmanned aircraft ultraviolet solar-blind optical-electronic device contains an unmanned aerial vehicle on which an ultraviolet solar-blind direction finder based on a multi-anode photomultiplier is installed, and a ground command and control station on which a monitoring server with a cellular antenna that receives signals from GPS-trackers from personal GPS trackers of people located in the protected area is additionally installed. The ultraviolet solar-blind direction finder is designed to automatically detect ultraviolet radiation from a fire source and record its amplitude-time characteristic.
EFFECT: ability to automatically detect a forest fire, determine the exact geographical coordinates of the fire, determine the causes of fires, and work at any time of the day and in bad weather is achieved.
