FIELD: nanotechnological equipment, equipment cleaning surfaces of specimens before measurement and other technological operations. SUBSTANCE: heating device for scanning sounding microscopes has manipulator with gripers, object carrier with object, current lead connected to power supply source and temperature meter conjugate to object. Object carrier is stationary joined to manipulator by means of gripper, is connected to power supply source and has body with blank groove with flat bottom and springy rest. Current lead includes one U-shaped groove as minimum with flat walls directed towards blank recess in body. Object is mounted for anchoring between springy rest and flat bottom of blank groove and for interaction with at least one flat wall of U-shaped groove of current lead.
