SUBSTANCE: invention relates to topical analgesic compositions containing non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicinal products, and more particularly to compositions of naproxen in combination with selected neutralizing agents for topical use in the form of a gel, whereby they have improved properties of penetration through the skin and retention in the skin, and also improved aesthetic appearance during application and drying.
