SUBSTANCE: there are presented films used in oral, personal and household item care compositions The film contains: (a) 5 to 50 % of a cellulose compound containing hydroxypropyl methylcellulose or hydroxypropyl cellulose or their mixture, and (b) 5 to 50 % of methyl cellulose at a dry basis. The film breaking strength exceeds 750 psi (5171 kPa). There are also disclosed the compositions containing said films to be applicable as the oral, personal and household item care compositions.
EFFECT: application of the presented films provides higher stability and improved delivery profiles for the oral, personal and household item care compound.
