FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of modeling a frame during surgical reconstruction of the auricle, which is a preoperative examination including morphometry of the chest circumference at the level of the xiphoid process and the healthy auricle, performing multislice computed tomography of the head and chest organs; determining the sufficiency of the costal cartilage of the VI-IX pairs of ribs for modeling the frame of the auricle based on the examination results; carrying out three-dimensional computer modeling; production of a three-dimensional stereolithographic model of the reconstructed auricle with the underlying bed; sterilization of the resulting model by autoclaving at a temperature of 120°C and pressure of 1 atmosphere; sampling of costal cartilage and modeling of the cartilaginous frame of the auricle using a sterile stereolithographic model; re-sterilization of the stereolithographic model; using a model to determine the shape and size of an additional element that ensures the removal of the auricle from the head and the formation of a postauricular groove; manufacturing an additional outlet element from methyl methacrylate with the addition of hydroxyapatite, according to a wax template; sterilization of the outlet element by autoclaving at a temperature of 120°C and pressure of 1 atmosphere.

EFFECT: obtaining objective data during a preoperative examination using modern radiation methods, virtual computer planning of surgical reconstruction of the auricle using a rib cartilaginous autograft and the use of a three-dimensional stereolithographic model at all (two) surgical stages, which increases accuracy and reduces operating time, reduces degree of error, reduces the likelihood of postoperative complications.
