SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to diagnose progesterone resistance. The level of progesterone in the blood plasma is determined using ultrasonic influence on the blood plasma. Analysis of progesterone levels is carried out before ultrasound exposure to blood plasma and after ultrasound exposure to blood plasma. Ultrasonic exposure is carried out for 5 minutes, with a frequency of 22 kHz, a power of 400 W, at a temperature of 25°–38°C. If the level of progesterone increases by 0.27 nmol/l or exceeds such a value after ultrasound exposure to blood plasma, progesterone resistance is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides expansion of the functionality of early and expert diagnosis of the problem of progesterone resistance and selection of adequate therapy for women with hormonal-dependent diseases, for example, endometriosis, due to ultrasonic influence on blood plasma, which dissociates the circulation of immune complexes consisting of antigens and associated them antibodies, accompanied by the release of free antigens and antibodies without disrupting their biological activity.
