SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used to treat idiopathic overactive bladder (iOAB) and urinary incontinence. The methods of the invention involve local administration of 5 to 24 mg/day of trospium into the patient's bladder continuously over a treatment period of 30 to 84 days via a drug delivery device placed in the patient's bladder.
EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to achieve improvements in drug delivery systems for the treatment of patients with iOAB and urinary incontinence.
