FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to methods of production of a bioplasma expander from biological raw materials. A method of producing a bioplasma expander from biological raw materials including cooling urine obtained ex tempore, filtering or centrifuging the urine in a flow-through mode, further cooling the urine forming two fractions, liquid and solid, separating the solid fraction and unfreezing to a liquid state, adding a sodium hydroxide solution to the unfreezed fraction of urine, incubating forming a precipitate which is precipitated by centrifugation, then separating the supernatant liquid, centrifuging the resulting precipitate, isolating the upper fraction by adding a sodium hydroxide solution, pouring a saturated sodium chloride solution in the sodium hydroxide solution into the suspension of the upper fraction and exposing, then adding the sodium chloride solution to the resulting precipitate forming a homogeneous suspension of an insoluble alkaline gel form of proteoglycans and glycosaminoglycans, aseptically transferring the suspension into sterile vessels containing citric acid powder, and preparing a soluble acid-salt form of the bioplasma expander prior to direct application thereof under certain conditions (variants).
EFFECT: described methods allow to obtain a highly purified hemodynamically active bioplasma expander for parenteral administration.
