FIELD: measuring instruments; electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to determine the static characteristics of the voltage load from measurements of a passive experiment. At the load node, voltage, active and reactive power are measured, preliminary processing of measurements is performed, measurements are clustered, sequentially applying the algorithm for determining the number of clusters and the EM clustering algorithm, the influence coefficients of the external electrical network are calculated based on active kP and reactive kQ load powers, the cluster distribution parameters are transformed to take into account the influence of the external electrical network. Then significant clusters are selected, for which the coefficients of linear static voltage characteristics are calculated. Next, the obtained coefficients are converted into relative units, the final values of the coefficients are calculated as the weighted average values of the corresponding coefficients for the selected n clusters, and the static voltage characteristic of the load is determined.
EFFECT: determination of the static voltage characteristics of the load from measurements of a passive experiment in the presence of high power dispersion and the absence of information about the load states.
