SUBSTANCE: extraction of non-ferrous metals from slag, namely to the recycling of aluminum, its alloys, magnesium, zinc from hot slag removed from melting furnaces, mixers and other thermal units. The device for compressing hot non-ferrous metal slag contains a head with ribs for compressing slag placed in a housing with a door that can be lowered by a hydraulic drive and an internal cavity that can be cooled due to air injection and hot air output to the workshop, a slag tank with through holes in bottom part and a mold installed under the slag box, made with the possibility of collecting non-ferrous metal pressed from slag. The internal cavity of the head is made with the possibility of cooling with an air flow diffuser fixed on the inner surface of the head cover, and the slag tank is made with the possibility of cooling by blowing it with the air flow of a suction system fan installed outside the housing and configured to take air through the gap h formed between the housing and the bottom side of the door.

EFFECT: increase in reliability by simplifying the design of the device and an improvement in the environmental situation by reducing emissions of untreated air into the workshop.
