FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy, particularly, to rotary inclined furnace for processing aluminum scrap. Furnace comprises lined housing with support ring, which is supported by two rollers, burner shield with gas injector fixed on it with nine mixers, rotary steel lined bowl with steel lined chute, furnace rotation drive and burner shield supply-discharge drive. Lined body has a heat-insulating layer consisting of heat-insulating mullite-siliceous roll material of the MKRRH-150 grade and a layer of chamotte lightweight of the grade SHL-0,6 on which a lining layer of corundum ramming compound MKN-94 grade with slag lining is stuffed. Burner comprises air flow rate control device installed with inclination 22° to the lined body axis with the possibility of gas supply to the burner through the pipe welded to the bracket fixed on the rotary column. Furnace has a rotary lined bowl with a steel lined chute mounted on a bogie; at that, the bogie moves along rails to the lined housing and back by means of a hydraulic drive. Rotation drive of lined furnace housing is fixed on rotary frame and consists of hydraulic motor with planetary hydraulic motor and hydraulic reduction gear. Furnace has rotary frame, in working position resting on front and rear supports of rotary frame. Furnace is equipped with economizer and is made with possibility of operation on natural and artificial traction with dust-gas cleaning system consisting of mixing chamber, smoke exhauster of three-section dust-gas cleaning unit.

EFFECT: provided is longer life of the furnace, reduced heat losses and harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
