FIELD: liquid dispensing.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to a device for dispensing a liquid product on a surface to be sprayed, and a method for dispensing a liquid product on a surface, which can be used in agriculture. The device contains at least one boom containing longitudinal supply pipeline for transporting a liquid agent and a plurality of nozzles that are located along the length of the boom, a container for the liquid agent, a pressure control unit containing at least one nozzle control unit, tilt detection means for determining the inclination of the longitudinal supply pipeline relative to the horizontal. The pressure control unit and/or at least one nozzle control unit is configured to calculate nozzle operating data for each corresponding nozzle. Nozzle operating data including time of closing (T1) and time of opening (T2) are calculated based on the input parameters, which at least include the tilt data transmitted by the tilt detection means and the position of the nozzle on the longitudinal supply pipe. The nozzle control unit is also configured to actuate one or more corresponding nozzles based on calculated nozzle operating data, wherein the output from the nozzles is regulated by controlling the opening/closing time of the nozzles to ensure uniform spraying of the liquid product on the surface of the field to be sprayed. The method consists of ensuring the presence of the above device, determining the inclination of the longitudinal supply pipeline and/or the boom relative to the horizontal using tilt detection means, transmitting tilt data from the tilt detection means to the pressure control unit and calculating using the pressure control unit and/or at least one nozzle control unit, based on the nozzle inclination and position data, nozzle operating data, which includes closing time T1, opening time T2 and a maximum closing time of each nozzle. The output from the nozzles is controlled by controlling the opening/closing time of the nozzles to ensure uniform dispensing of the liquid product over the surface of the agricultural field.

EFFECT: device and method reduce operating costs, as well as reduce the weight of the structure.
