FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the use of an oil-based composition in the form of an oily gelling preparation containing a compound represented by the following general formula (1), an isomer thereof and/or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, an oily agent having from 0 to 2 hydroxy groups, and a solid fat and/or semi-solid fat in the amount of 5% wt. or more of the total weight of the composition, to prevent the formation or elimination of wrinkles.

where R1 denotes either a linear or branched C1-4 alkyl group substituted by a carboxyl group, or a linear or branched C1-4 alkyl group substituted by a carboxylic acid ester group having a C1-4 alkyl chain, and R2 and R3 are each independently denotes a linear or branched C1-4 alkyl group.
EFFECT: invention provides a composition having excellent dispersion stability over time, in which the degradation suppressing effect of the compound of formula 1 is enhanced.
