FIELD: scanning technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the mining industry for automated surface diagnostics of the technical condition of underground mine workings, as well as their subsequent visualization. The device contains a movable platform on wheels and a block for scanning the surrounding space located on the measuring stand. A laser sensor is installed as a block for scanning the surrounding space, which is fixed in a biaxial gimbal suspension which performs biaxial spherical movements with the help of electric motors, on a measuring stand which is installed in the center of the movable platform. Electric motors are fixed in the lower part of the movable platform and connected to the wheels through rotation shafts. In the back of the platform, a block for storing the results of scanning, a gas control sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope are fixed, the inputs of which are connected to the battery outputs. A microprocessor is rigidly fixed between the measuring rack and the gas control sensor, the inputs of which are connected via an electrical cable to the outputs of the laser sensor, battery, gas control sensor, accelerometer and gyroscope. The outputs of the microprocessor are connected via an electrical cable to the inputs of the electric motors and the block for storing the scan results.
EFFECT: increase in productivity in the diagnosis of the technical condition of underground mine workings.
