FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: two laser scanning series spaced apart in time are carried out and displacement of additional marks and change in their suspension angles are measured taking into account adjustments to change in elastic extension of lines owing to change in their temperature and suspension angles. Optical three-dimensional images of the surface of the analysed object are obtained in form of scans, from which values and direction of mutual displacements and deformations are determined via paired comparison of coordinates of the same points in different scanning series. Parameters of change of the obtained coordinates are compared with calibration parameters which are determined relative reference marks of the surveyor' pickup. Marks are immovably fixed on the surface of the object, between which flexible lines of defined length are placed and their value is maximally close to the value of the corresponding flight. The additional mark is immovably fixed in the middle part of each line, and its weight is such that extension of the line remains elastic. The calibration parameters used are calculated values of relative displacement of each pair of reference marks.
EFFECT: high measurement accuracy.
