FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for navigation of surgical instruments, and can be used when performing interventional manipulations under radiation control. A device for navigation of surgical instruments contains a fastening plate with divisions that are multiples of units of length measurement, two guides for the instrument, two mounting elements for determining the angle of inclination of the guide for the instrument and two locking mechanisms installed on the fastening plate, each of which contains a vertical wall with divisions, multiples of the units of measurement of the angle in which the radius groove is made. The fixing mechanisms are designed to move along the fastening plate and be detached from it. The guides for the tool are connected to the fixing mechanisms with the ability to change the angle of inclination of the guides and are fixed in radial grooves with the ability to move along the grooves and fix in relation to the fixing mechanisms. The installation elements for determining the angle of inclination of the guide are movably connected at one end via through grooves with the possibility of fixing their relative position in the same plane and are installed with their other ends in the tool guides with the possibility of detachment.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to improve the accuracy of setting the angle of inclination of surgical instruments.
