SUBSTANCE: production of composite polymer films containing ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene for use as coatings, including decorative and protective shells. Method for electrochemical production of a film composite with the inclusion of ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene, consisting in the fact that 1 g/l is introduced into an electrolyte of 3 mol/l acrylamide, 0.05 mol/l N,N'-methylene-bis-acrylamide, 3 mol/l formaldehyde, 0.2 mol/l zinc chloride ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene, 2.5 g/l sodium lauryl sulfate or 2.5 g/l siloxane-acrylate emulsion and carry out potentiostatic electrolysis at a potential of -1.16 V on a steel cathode.

EFFECT: production of a film composite of ultrafine polytetrafluoroethylene by electrochemical formation of a polymethylolacrylamide film with the capture of UPTFE particles by the growing polymer matrix during the electropolymerization of acrylamide in the presence of UPTFE particles.
