SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a crystalline modification of 2-(diphenylacetyl)-1H-indene-1,3(2H)-dione, characterized by the following values of crystallographic cell parameters: space group Pna2(1): a = 8.549(2), b = 35.323 (7), c = 5.803(1), Z = 4. The method is carried out by crystallization from a system with the substance diphenacin microencapsulated in phospholipid capsules in the presence of solubilizers, which are a mixture of glycerol and dimethyl sulfoxide, in an aqueous solution in the presence of hydrochloric acid.
EFFECT: production of a crystalline modification of 2-(diphenylacetyl)-1H-indene-1,3(2H)-dione using renewable natural raw materials (lipids) and avoiding mother liquors with a high chloroform content.
