SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to organic chemistry, disinfection and veterinary science, namely to a preparative gel form of a rodenticide agent, a method for production thereof and use thereof. Preparative gel form of the rodenticide containing a thioderivative of coumarin selected from a group comprising diphetialon and thioflocumaphene, with dimethyl sulphoxide of composition 1:1.2–12.0, and chloroform. Method of producing said preparative gel, characterized by that homogenisation in chloroform of purified after synthesis product or crystalline phase of already purified substance in presence of dimethyl sulphoxide and further removal of volatile solvent. Use of said preparative gel form as an anticoagulant rodenticide agent in the form of solutions in organic solvents, food-based baits and insecto-rodenticide agents.

EFFECT: said group of inventions enables to obtain gel-like forms of coumarin derivatives with dimethylsulfoxide with a variable content of the active component, which do not require the use of enhanced skin and respiratory protection measures.
