SUBSTANCE: invention relates to growing flowers on balconies. The device includes a trough-shaped base made of a bent metal rod, the bottom of which is reinforced with welded rods, mounting brackets connected to the base, and a stop that holds the trough-shaped base in a horizontal position. Moreover, the mounting brackets and stops holding the trough-shaped base in a horizontal position are made in the form of a holder, a single part from a bent metal rod, including: at the edges of the part in the profile plane there are fixed L-shaped brackets, at the bottom of the part in the horizontal plane in the form of a U-shaped protrusion, the rear side of the device has the railing. The rods extending down from the bracket are made in the form of connecting arcs in the profile plane, turning into U-shaped protrusion stops that hold the sides of the inverted trapezoid of the trough-shaped base in a plane at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of the side of the trapezoid to the vertical. A holder inserted with brackets around the horizontal rod of the trough-shaped base in the area of the connecting arcs, from the inner sides of the trapezoidal prism of the trough-shaped base, made of a bent closed metal rod in the form of a second part, is fixed through the connecting arches and secured in a clamp with this rod by holding these two parts in a stable horizontal position of the trough-shaped base with two rectangular stops in the form of a U-shaped protrusion, on the sides of the trapezoid of the trough-shaped base. A latch made in the form of a single part from a bent metal rod, including: two forks with a horizontal rod between them along the edges of the part in the horizontal plane. The outer rods of the forks go into the stops of the clamp at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of the side of the trapezoid of the trough-shaped base to the vertical. The latch inserted with forks around the vertical rods of the brackets lowered by supports into the black soil of the flower box, along its side surface, is pressed by the arcs of the forks to the rods of the bracket, fixed in a position that prevents the box from moving along the device.
