FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: disc opener, including a conical disk mounted on a tubular axis on which a hub with a bearing assembly and a tubular opener stand are installed. A sleeve is installed inside the tubular axle, into which a cylindrical axle is installed, on which there is a shoulder to limit the axial movement of the front and rear arms. At the end of the axle there is a through radial hole for installing a cotter pin. The front lever has a rectangular cross-section and is hinged. At one end of the front arm there is a cutting spherical disk with a hexagonal shaped edge, having a smaller diameter than a conical disk and a sharpening angle that ensures cutting of stubble, plant residues and soil, and at the other end there is an eye for installation on the axle, at a distance of 2/3 lengths, a fork bracket is welded on top for installing a guide bushing with the ability to rotate freely in a vertical plane, a stop with an internal thread and a recess in the head for installing a spring and an adjusting screw. The rear arm has a rectangular cross-section and is curved at one end, and has a fork-shaped eyelet at the other end for connection to the front arm and for installation on the axle. At the end that has a bend, a press roller is installed. At the bend point on the side facing the axis of rotation of the opener, a fork bracket is welded for installing a guide bushing with the ability to rotate freely in a vertical plane, a guide stop with a through axial cylindrical hole for the adjusting screw and a recess in the head for installing the spring. The bend on the lever makes it possible to align the seed furrow with the transverse axis of symmetry of the press roller. To prevent sticking, the outer surface of the press roller has a bandage made of polymer material. The surface of the bandage is corrugated. The riffles have an angle of inclination to the longitudinal axis of symmetry of the compacting wheel: the left half is inclined to the right, and the right half is inclined to the left in the direction of movement of the opener. A spring and an adjusting screw are installed between the fork brackets, which ensure a change in the pressing force of the cutting spherical disk and the press roller to the soil surface during operation and avoiding breakdowns of the cutting spherical disk and the press roller in case of obstacles in the field in the form of stones.
EFFECT: quality of sowing grain crops is improved for various soil and climatic conditions, taking into account humidity and soil type, formation of a seed furrow in accordance with agrotechnical requirements, the reduction of energy costs during operation, the combination in one device of the possibility of carrying out operations of cutting the soil layer with stubble and plant residues, forming a furrow with the introduction of seeds and fertilizers into it, sealing, rolling and levelling the seed furrow.
