FIELD: catalytic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: modular structured catalytically active material is proposed, obtained from precursors such as oxides of aluminum, silicon, titanium, zirconium, zinc, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, as well as their mixed compounds, including zeolites and zeolite-like systems, characterized by an ordered internal structure formed by channels with the geometry of the minimum Schwarz surfaces P, D, G, while the root-mean-square width of the channels is 0.1-0.8 mm, the thickness of the block material is from 1.0 to 2.4 mm. A method for preparing modular structured catalytically active material using 3D printing is also proposed.
EFFECT: production of new structured porous catalytically active materials in the form of a block with a regular geometry of macrochannels of a known chemical composition; the channels form an ordered internal structure of the type of lattices P, D, G, having the geometry of minimal Schwarz surfaces, the root-mean-square width of the channels is 0.1-0.8 mm, while the thickness of the block material is from 1.0 to 2.4 mm.
