FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a method of obtaining a complex synbiotic composition, including sowing a culture of the Lactobacillus acidophilus strain 13 VKPM V-2585 and the Enterococcus faecium strain K-50 VKPM V-2579 into separate test tubes in meat-peptone broth, after 12 hours they are inoculated onto Petri dishes on nutrient media M 17 and MRS, incubated for 36 hours, then the grown culture is removed, placed in flasks with meat-peptone broth and lyophilized. Dry substances are used as a nutrient basis for microorganism cultures: inulin, fructooligosaccharide, lactoferrin in sterile FBU20 (glass) 20 ml bottles, the following is mixed: Lactobacillus acidophilus 13 VKPM V-2585 and Enterococcus faecium K-50 VKPM V-2579, resuspended with phosphate buffer with titer cells 108–1012 CFU/g, components of a protective sucrose-gelatin medium are included, then the mixture is pre-frozen at a temperature from -40 to -60°C for the period of time not exceeding 24 hours, dried in a drying cabinet at 20°C; the finished bottles are filled with dry air and closed with rubber stoppers with aluminum caps.

EFFECT: invention provides inhibition of the growth of unwanted bacteria and pathogens in the gastrointestinal tract of a farm animal.
