Abstract RU 2811096 C1

FIELD: biotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: following is proposed: a lyophilisate of an immobilized multicomponent synbiotic agent for the prevention and treatment of dysbiosis in farm animals including a sorbent carrier and target components: prebiotic — lactulose and oligosaccharide — raffinose, strains of probiotic microorganisms Lactobacillus acidophilus “К-1-Т ВКПМ В-4107” with titer 2⋅1012 CFU/g and Enterococcus faecium “УДС 86 ВКПМ В-4054” with titer 2⋅108 CFU/g, glutamic acid, cysteine and a protective sucrose-gelatin medium in the form of a dry fine powder concentrate at a given content of initial components in wt.%, and a method of its preparation. The method includes immobilization of probiotic microorganisms on a sorbent carrier in the presence of components of a nutrient and protective medium, freezing the target product and drying in a vacuum drying chamber in a given mode, packaging.

EFFECT: inventions provide expansion of the range of means for the prevention and treatment of dysbiosis in farm animals caused by a violation of the colonization potential of the normal flora of the gastrointestinal tract of various etiologies.
