FIELD: test equipment.

SUBSTANCE: tensile testing machine contains an autoclave and a power unit, inside the autoclave there are holders of samples and/or materials, and a rod is attached to the lower holder of samples and/or materials using a threaded connection, and a polymer cuff is installed in the body of the autoclave, which is designed to hold internal excess pressure without exerting additional frictional forces on the rod. The above-mentioned rod coming out of the autoclave body is attached to at least one transition element with a threaded connection. The transition element is assembled into a single unit with the force sensor with the transition element forming a movable structure. The input shaft of the power unit is connected to the lower transition element with a threaded connection. The power unit is driven by a servomotor equipped with a multi-turn encoder. At least one digital ruler is installed on the frame of the tensile testing machine to record the actual movement/tension of the sample and/or material, which contacts the lower part of the rod through the displacement transfer plate. Essence: samples and/or materials are mounted inside the autoclave part of the tensile testing machine in holders, force is transmitted to the sample and/or material and is recorded by a force sensor, the servomotor is controlled by software and loads the sample along the axis, the real movement/extension of the sample is recorded due to at least at least one digital ruler mounted on the installation frame and in contact with the lower part of the rod through the displacement transmission plate.

EFFECT: ability to conduct tests with a constant strain rate when conducting tests with slow loading, when conducting tests under static loading, when conducting tests according to a given program for load or displacement, when conducting tests under cyclic loading.
