FIELD: textile industry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes the following operations, formation of elementary fibres, at least in one device for fibre formation, then elementary fibres are cooled in refrigerating chamber and then drawn in drawing device, and then elementary fibres are pulled through at least one diffuser and then are laid on belt for laying of nonwoven material. Nonwoven material with belt for laying is pulled through device for moistening, in which nonwoven material is previously moistened with water. Nonwoven material is withdrawn from device for moistening and then is pre-strengthened on belt for laying with the help of treatment with high pressure water jets. Then nonwoven material is withdrawn from belt for laying and is exposed to further treatment.

EFFECT: reliable pre-strengthening and final strengthening without negative effect at quality of laying of elementary fibres of nonwoven material.
