METHOD OF DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSTICS OF STRESS IN ADOLESCENTS FINDING THEMSELVES IN DIFFICULT LIFE SITUATION Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC A61B5/16 G01N33/48

Abstract RU 2810814 C1

FIELD: medicine; developmental physiology; pediatrics.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to assess the level of stress in adolescents who find themselves in difficult life situations. In adolescents, in the morning portion of saliva on an empty stomach, collected after preliminary rinsing the mouth with distilled water, the content of cortisol, dehydroepiadrosterone, adrenaline and norepinephrine is determined in ng/ml. Diagnosis is carried out using the integrative anxiety test (IAT). Then the coefficients K1 and K2 are calculated according to the claimed formulas. When the simultaneous value of K1 is equal to and greater than 2.5 and less than 3.0, K2 is equal to and greater than 2.0 and less than 2.6, IAT is less than 20, the lack of stress is diagnosed. When the simultaneous value of K1 is less than 2.5, K2 is equal to and greater than 2.0 and less than 2.6, IAT is less than 20, an anxiety stage is diagnosed. When the simultaneous value of K1 is equal to and greater than 3.0 and less than 5.0, K2 is equal to and greater than 2.6 and less than 3.0, IAT is equal to and greater than 20 and equal to and less than 24, the stage of resistance is diagnosed. When the K1 value is equal to and greater than 5.0 and less than 8.0, the K2 value is equal to and greater than 3.0 and equal to and less than 3.5, the IAT value is greater than 24 and equal to and less than 27, the stage of reactivation is diagnosed. When the K1 value is equal to or greater than 8.0 and the K2 value is less than 2.0, IAT values greater than 27, the stage of exhaustion is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method allows to perform differential diagnosis of stress in adolescents who find themselves in difficult life situations, and for timely and personalized correction.
