In a patient, the number of lymphocytes, cytotoxic T-lymphocytes, lymphocytes with apoptosis readiness receptors is determined in the blood, the level of cortisol is determined in the blood serum. The criterion variable of diagnostics is determined by the formula: Y=3.62-0.013⋅Lf-0.02⋅CD8-0.08⋅CD95-0.001⋅C, where: Y is the criterion variable of diagnostics; 3.62 - constant; 0.013; 0.02; 0.08 and 0.001 - regression coefficients corresponding to the determined indicators; LF - number of lymphocytes,%; CD8 - the number of cytotoxic T-lymphocytes,%; CD95 - number of lymphocytes with apoptosis readiness receptors, %; C is the level of cortisol in the blood serum, nmol/l. If the Y value is less than 1, an adjustment disorder is diagnosed, and if the Y value is greater than or equal to 1, an organic emotionally labile disorder is diagnosed.

EFFECT: method provides the possibility of increasing the accuracy of differential diagnosis of adjustment disorder and organic emotionally labile disorder by determining the number of specialized lymphocytes and cortisol levels in the blood and performing differential diagnosis using a mathematical apparatus.
