FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to body-oriented psychotherapy, and can be used for correction of psychoemotional state of patient through work with deep muscular tensions of body, as well as in general therapeutic practice in order to reduce anxiety. Preliminary preparation is carried out, including testing of the patient's psychoemotional state according to three evaluation criteria: depression, anxiety, anxious states, then, the patient’s body is exposed to physical using three manual techniques for four weeks.
EFFECT: method provides reducing the perceived level of anxiety and manifestation of depression in the patient, as well as a pronounced therapeutic effect on the mental and somatic status of the patient.
