FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: recombinant strain 2-9XL Acinetobacter johnsonii as a part of chromosome contains fragments of chromosomal DNA Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37 Rv and ensures simultaneous synthesis of several proteins forming stabile species-specific tuberculosis glycoprotein complex (Tb-antigen) in outer membrane and capsuliferous bacteria substance. Production method of specified Tb-antigen provides use as producer of recombinant strain 2-9XL Acinetobacter johnsonii using standard mediums, cost-effective safe practice for separation and purification of tuberculosis complex o molecular weight within 55.0 to 75.0 kDa and carbohydrate availability within 20 to 50%. Produced Tb-antigen is used to receive agents forming B- and T-cellular immunity for M tuberculosis H37 Rv and tuberculosis diagnostics.
EFFECT: recombinant strain under invention is perspective producer of specified medicine providing synthesis stability of species-specific tuberculosis complex.
