FIELD: explosion technologies; initiation devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to initiating devices for explosive charges, to the field of blasting, as well as to the development of means and systems for on-board explosive (pyro-)automation, and can be used at the facilities assigned for the rocket and space, aviation, oil, special equipment, socio-economic, scientific and military purposes, as well as explosive technology, to the field of formation of blast waves. It can be used in the creation of explosive devices that initiate detonation in explosives with a reduced detonation ability of low-sensitivity explosives. The loading device includes a coaxially located initiation source, an initiation means and a main explosive charge. The device is equipped with a detonation delay located in contact with an initiation means made of two or three layers of explosives, located coaxially and made of explosives with different dispersion. In the case of two layers, the initial layer of explosives, in contact with the detonation delay, is made of explosives with high dispersion Ssp = 3200-4000 cm2/g, and the final layer of explosives, in contact with the main explosive charge along the end surface, is made of explosives with low dispersity Ssp=700-1000 cm2/g. In the case of three layers, between the initial and final layers of explosives there is a middle layer of explosives with an average dispersion Ssp = 2500-3200 cm2/g, where Ssp is the specific surface area of the explosive layers.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of initiation of the main explosive charge, simplifying the device and reducing its dimensions, as well as ensuring safety during the operation of explosive charges.
