SUBSTANCE: automatic means of diagnosing railway transport during movement. The system contains axle counting sensors (1-3) installed on the measuring section, a floor structure (4) installed between the rails and equipped with dampers (5) with a control unit, which houses a module (6) for monitoring the undercar space of the rolling stock, including matrix cameras (7) of machine vision with backlight units 8, module (9) of intelligent information processing, workstation (10) of the remote control center operator, controller (12) installed in the switching and control cabinet (11), module (13) of air protection of cameras from contamination, including a blower. Moreover, the system also includes elements (14) of protection against dragging objects, side matrix cameras (15) of machine vision with backlight blocks (16), each of which is installed on a support (17) at an angle relative to the horizontal to record the image of the chassis of passing rolling stock.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of control of the undercarriage space is achieved.
