SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surface treatment of metallurgical strips, in particular, to a system for electrolytic etching of strip steel. The system uses circulating water from the acid mist scrubbing column to replenish the water in the scrubber circulation tank. Scrubber water is supplied to the electrolyte circulation tank to compensate for losses caused by electrolyte evaporation, thereby avoiding the discharge of waste liquid from a single system of acid mist treatment, scrubber cleaning and electrolysis. Only fresh water is added to the acid mist purification system, and the purified waste liquid containing a certain amount of electrolyte enters the electrolysis system and is reused.
EFFECT: in the system, the electrolyte and scrubbing solution containing the acidic slurry are fed into the electrolyte cleaning device, which helps to avoid the accumulation of sediment into the acidic slurry, damage to pipelines and equipment due to clogging, and the formation of deposits on the surface of the electrode plate.
