SUBSTANCE: invention relates to improved designs of solid cooling systems. The compact thermoelectric system contains many thermoelectric modules, each of which has a hot and cold side, as well as renewable energy sources - wind power generators. The outputs of renewable energy sources are connected to switches containing keys that switch the power supply of the suction and discharge fans from a series connection to a parallel connection when the wind speed decreases and back to a series connection at maximum wind speed. The suction and discharge fans are located on opposite sides of the radiator, which is in thermal contact with the cold side of the thermoelectric modules.

EFFECT: automatic adaptation of cooling elements - fan modules to changes in the voltage parameters of wind power generators.
