FIELD: rocket science.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates more specifically to a method for creating a drive for a separation mechanism. A method for creating a drive for a separation mechanism includes manufacturing a housing, which is connected to the engine combustion chamber through a receiving hole, a charge with an igniter capsule, a main piston and a striker. The housing is made of two parts. A split ring is installed in the front part of the housing, covering the body of the striker. The ring is made in the form of separate retaining liners, partially immersing them in a groove made on the body of the striker. The shape of the immersed part is identical to the shape of the groove made on the body of the striker. The main piston includes a locking piston capture device, which is placed in a slot made in the firing pin body, as well as a unidirectional valve that closes the internal volume formed between the main piston and the striker body. In this case, the main piston rests against a limiter, which is installed in the rear part of the housing.
EFFECT: preservation of mechanical characteristics during long-term operation at elevated temperatures.
