FIELD: processing of metals.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in manufacture of aircraft parts from titanium alloys by applying additive manufacturing. A blade made of a two-phase titanium alloy is produced from a shaped billet produced by the layer-by-layer selective electron beam fusion method at a temperature in the working chamber of 700 to 1,000°C. The pre-lubricated and heated billet is subjected to stamping with a degree of deformation of 10 to 60%. The flash of the resulting blade stamping is then cut, dimensional chemical etching of the alpha case on the surface thereof, vacuum heat treatment and subsequent isothermal heat fixation of the preheated blade stamping are executed. The shaped billet is produced with dimensions accounting for the allowance along the profile of the blade from the shank to the end part for the degree of deformation during stamping, the flash allowance, and the allowance for dimensional chemical etching.
EFFECT: production of a blade with high physical and mechanical and operational properties is ensured as a result.
