FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: blade is pre-punched in two passes. At the first pass, blade airfoil is twisted by an angle of up to 20°. At the second pass, blade airfoil is twisted to an angle of 45°. Then, the final punching is performed on hydraulic press or a stamping hammer with blade airfoil turned up to an angle of 55°±10°. Then the bark is cut off, the final twist of the blade airfoil to the corner 90° is performed. Then corrections are made.
EFFECT: obtaining higher strength characteristics and optimal structure of punched forgings.
