FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medical equipment, namely to a safety device for a pre-filled syringe, and an injector. The safety device for the prefilled syringe comprises a cylindrical hollow support body accommodating at least one elastic lever, a hollow needle case configured to slide in relation to the support body; the needle case comprises at least one curved drive shoulder laterally projecting perpendicular to a central axis of the safety device. The curved drive shoulder has first lateral dimensions at a proximal end of the needle case, and second lateral dimensions at a distal end of the needle case, exceeding the first lateral dimensions. The elastic lever engages the curved drive shoulder when the needle case slides in relation to the support body. A needle case assembly is configured to slide in relation to the support body from an initial into retracted position, and then into a projected position; the needle case assembly projects from the support body in the initial and projected positions. When in the retracted position, the needle case assembly substantially seats in the support body. An injector comprises the prefilled syringe having a needle for subcutaneous injections, attached at the distal end of the prefilled syringe, and the safety device for the prefilled syringe.
