FIELD: nuclear reactors.

SUBSTANCE: nuclear reactor operating on a two-fluid principle, containing a mixture of liquid metal fissile materials as liquid fuel in a liquid fuel line, the mixture having a high proportion of actinides, preferably 69 at.% or more. The metals selected are chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), and iron (Fe). The actinides are selected from thorium (Th), uranium (U), and plutonium (Pu). The mixture and the resulting multicomponent alloys do not have to be eutectic.

EFFECT: creation of a reactor characterized by high power density and high operating temperature, which allows continuous unloading in a two-fluid reactor.
