FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drilling of oil wells and can be used in production of reagents for chemical treatment of drilling mud. Method of obtaining a drilling agent for clay drilling fluids involves modifying a lignosulphonate polymer with a modifying agent. Modification is carried out at temperature of 40 °C for 1.5 hours with constant continuous stirring. Lignosulphonate polymer used is a neutral-sulphite lignosulphonate in form of 50 % aqueous solution. Modifying agent used is a sulphonated reagent obtained via sulphonation of heavy oil residues by sulfuric acid used in the process of alkylating isobutane with olefins. Initial compounds are used at following ratio of components, wt %: lignosulphonate polymer 96–98; sulphonated reagent 2–4.
EFFECT: technical result of invention is reduction of viscosity of clay mud, improvement of its process parameters.
