FIELD: vehicle transmission.

SUBSTANCE: used in devices for thermal preparation and maintenance of thermal behavior of a manual transmission during vehicle operation. The heating system for a manual transmission of a vehicle includes a gearbox heat exchanger (1), a thermally insulated expansion tank (2) for coolant, equipped with a plug with a valve mechanism, a system of thermally insulated pipelines (3) and liquid electric pumps (4). The system additionally includes a cooling system (5) for the internal combustion engine (ICE) of the vehicle and a phase change heat accumulator (6). Heating of the coolant supplied to the heat exchanger (1) of the gearbox to warm up the oil in the vehicle gearbox occurs in a phase change heat accumulator (6) from the heat-storing material of 8-aqueous barium hydroxide (Ba(OH)2⋅8H2O). The heat-storing material is heated by the ICE coolant through a system of thermally insulated pipelines (3) connected to the phase change heat accumulator (6) after the ICE is started and its cooling system (5) is warmed up to operating temperature.

EFFECT: improving the thermal conditions of the gearbox when operating a vehicle in conditions of low ambient temperatures.
