FIELD: containers.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an internal cap element for connection with the neck of the container, which has an upper wall and a side wall extending from the edge of the upper wall, an external cap element movably connected to the internal cap element. The outer cap element has a top wall and a side wall extending from the edge of the top wall. Between the inner cap element and the outer cap element there is a transponder containing a chip, an antenna, and a control circuit. The chip is attached to one of the upper wall of the inner cap element and the upper wall of the outer cap element and at least a portion of the control loop is attached to the other of the upper wall of the inner cap element and the upper wall of the outer cap element such that the relative rotation of the outer cap element and the inner cap element determines the torsional or shear force to act on the control loop to break it.
EFFECT: simplified design, ease of manufacture and installation, high reliability and the ability to provide additional information.
