FIELD: silanes used in rubber compositions.
SUBSTANCE: silane of the following formula (I) is proposed: (R1)oSi-R2-S-R3-S-R3-S-X, where o=3; R1 may be the same or different and selected from alkoxy groups with 1-10 carbon atoms; R2 represents linear alkylene groups with 1-20 carbon atoms; R3 can be the same or different and represent linear alkylene groups with 4-20 carbon atoms; and where the group X is a –C(=O)-R4 group, where R4 is selected from C1-C20 alkyl groups. Also proposed are a method for producing silane, precipitated silicic acid for producing a vehicle tire, the surface of which is modified with said silane, a composition based on rubber for tires, and a tire obtained from it.
EFFECT: use of the proposed silane in a tire composition provides improved rolling resistance, wet grip and stiffness.
